Damaged In Transit: Please inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives and notify us via email if there are any problems. If you have received a damaged item, we need to be notified within 48 hours of receipt.
Incorrect Item Received: If you have not received the item that you ordered, please notify us via email. If we have sent the incorrect item by mistake, we will pay all postage costs to rectify the problem. If the customer has purchased the item by mistake or has a change of mind the item can be sent back, however a 15% restocking fee applies. Return postage is the buyers responsibility.
